Mish'al outlines ten strategic priorities, calls for a global coalition to support Palestine

Saturday 6-December-2025

ISTANBUL, (PIC)

Khalid Mish'al, head of Hamas Movement in the diaspora, called for building a broad global coalition in support of Palestine, one, he said, should mirror the international pressure campaign that preceded the end of apartheid in South Africa.

Speaking at the “Pledge to Jerusalem” conference in Istanbul, Mish'al outlined ten strategic priorities that he said must guide the current phase of the struggle for Palestinian liberation.

Mish'al said it is time for the Muslim world to place the liberation of Jerusalem and the protection of Al-Aqsa Mosque at the center of its agenda, asserting that the “covenant with Jerusalem is its liberation.”

He urged mobilizing all efforts to support Gaza, secure a complete end to the war, ensure humanitarian relief, reconstruction, reopening of crossings and preventing any displacement or Israeli-engineered redesign of the Gaza Strip. He added that Gaza “lifted the sword for Jerusalem in 2021 and has paid the heaviest price; it deserves our full support.”

Mish'al warned that although large-scale bombardment has stopped, “starvation, siege, closed crossings and punishment of civilians” continue, indicating that the genocide has taken a new form.

He firmly rejected any trusteeship, mandate or foreign administration over Gaza, the West Bank or any part of Palestine, saying, “The Palestinian rules himself. No guardianship, no mandate, no re-occupation. Our people need protection, not supervision.”

Mish'al stressed the need to preserve the resistance and its weapons, calling them “the honor of the nation,” and urged action to halt Israel’s intensifying settlement expansion and Judaization of the West Bank and Jerusalem.

He also called for a national campaign to free Palestinian prisoners, who, he said, face unprecedented brutality, especially under Israel’s far-right minister of national security, Itamar Ben-Gvir, and new attempts to legislate executions.

Mish'al emphasized the urgency of Palestinian national unity, saying no victory or political achievement is possible without internal partnership, “This homeland belongs to all of us; no one may monopolize the decision. International projects want to erase Gaza, the West Bank, the Authority and the factions, unity is our shield.”

He urged Arab and Islamic states to adopt a unified regional strategy that resists Israeli aggression and rejects all forms of normalization.

The 'Hamas leader also stressed the importance of boycotting and legally pursuing Israel internationally, noting that much of the world now views it as a “pariah criminal state.” He described this as a critical moment to deepen its political isolation.

Finally, he called for restoring popular, political and student advocacy movements across the Arab world and globally, saying their impact after the October 2023 events remains a powerful force for change.

Mish'al opened his speech by warning that Gaza, El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), El-Aqsa and the region face an “existential threat,” adding that Israel seeks to “re-engineer Gaza geographically” as part of its wider agenda.

Qatar PM: Israeli military withdrawal key to full Gaza truce

Saturday 6-December-2025

DOHA, (PIC)

Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mu'hammed Al-Thani, said in the first session of the Doa'ha (Doha) Forum held on Saturday that “mediators are working to impose the next phase of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip.”

The Prime Minister warned that the Gaza negotiations are going through a critical phase.

“We are at a critical moment. It’s not yet there. So what we have just done is a pause,” he said.

“We cannot consider it yet a ceasefire. A ceasefire cannot be completed unless there is a full withdrawal of the Israeli forces – (until) there is stability back in Gaza, people can go in and out, which is not the case today,” he added.

The Doha Forum 2025 was inaugurated today in the presence of the Emir of Qatar, Shaikh Tameem Bin 'Hamad Al-Thani, and with the participation of heads of states, experts, and diplomats from around the world.

Arab and Islamic countries reject Israel’s exit-only plan for Gaza’s Rafa'h crossing

Saturday 6-December-2025

CAIRO, (PIC)

Foreign ministers from eight Arab and Islamic countries have voiced grave concern over the Israeli occupation regime’s plan to open the Rafa'h border crossing in one direction with the aim of transferring Palestinians from the Gaza Strip to Egypt.

This came in a joint statement released last night by the foreign ministers of Egypt, Qatar, Jordan, Indonesia, Pakistan, Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

The countries said they reject any attempts to displace the Palestinian people from their land, and emphasized the need to fully implement US president Donald Trump’s plan, which includes the opening of the Rafa'h crossing in both directions.

They called for necessarily ensuring Gaza residents’ freedom of movement and not forcing any one of them to leave.

They also called for creating conditions that allow Palestinians to remain on their land and take part in rebuilding their homeland.

The ministers stressed the need to fully uphold the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, end the suffering of civilians, and ensure the unrestricted entry of humanitarian aid.

They also called for launching early recovery and reconstruction efforts and for creating conditions that would enable the Palestinian Authority to resume its responsibilities in Gaza, “thereby laying the foundation for a new phase of security and stability in the region.”

They affirmed “their countries’ readiness to continue working and coordinating with the United States and all regional and international parties to ensure the full implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 2803 and all related resolutions.”

Sabri: Palestine needs action, not statements of condemnation

Saturday 6-December-2025

ISTANBUL, (PIC)

Shaikh Ikrima Sabri, preacher of El-Aqsa Mosque, said that the Palestinian cause is facing grave dangers that require concrete action, rather than repeated statements of condemnation and denunciation.

Speaking at the “Pledge to El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)” conference in Istanbul on Saturday, Sabri said Palestine needs the political will to implement decisions, protect prisoners, safeguard the lives of people in Gaza and across Palestine, and support all those working for freedom and independence.

He called for real efforts to defend Jerusalem and its holy sites, stressing that Palestine must be placed at the forefront of priorities instead of relying on symbolic statements that achieve little.

Sabri told attendees that the Palestinian people are the rightful owners of the land and possess the will to claim their legitimate rights.

He reaffirmed that Palestinians will remain steadfast in El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), and will never forsake El-Aqsa Mosque, the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, and all sacred sites.

Rights group: Israel destroying Gaza’s soil as part of ongoing genocide

Saturday 6-December-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Al-Meezan Center for Human Rights said on Friday that Israel continues to destroy soil and agricultural land across the Gaza Strip as part of its ongoing genocide, warning of far-reaching environmental and public-health consequences.

The statement was issued on the occasion of World Soil Day, observed annually on 5 December to highlight the importance of healthy soil and call for sustainable management of soil resources. The theme for 2025, “Healthy Soils for Healthy Cities,” underscores the need to rethink urban spaces from the ground up to build greener and more resilient environments.

Al-Meezan said this year’s observance comes amid one of the most devastating assaults Gaza has ever witnessed, noting that Israeli attacks, through bombardment, bulldozing, the burying of rubble, and the destruction of wells and sewage networks, have inflicted both direct and indirect damage on the soil and underground aquifer. These operations have polluted farmland, the air, and the broader environment.

The center stressed that soil destruction directly impacts water resources and agriculture. Israel has used a wide range of explosives and munitions that fragment soil structure and increase the penetration of contaminated water, toxic chemicals and explosive residues into the land. These effects have severe long-term consequences for the population, agriculture and the ecosystem.

According to the statement, Israeli occupation forces have systematically targeted soil in both agricultural and urban zones, resulting in extensive damage that will affect soil fertility for years to come. Plant and animal agriculture has been crippled through the eradication of soil quality and the deliberate destruction of long-standing tree groves, including fruit trees, conifers and wind-protecting species that help preserve soil stability.

The genocide has also devastated Gaza’s biodiversity. Between 150 and 200 species of birds, including endemic and migratory types, once populated the coastal wetlands of Wadi Gaza, in addition to 20 species of mammals and 25 reptile species. Many of these populations have been wiped out due to bombing, bulldozing, habitat destruction and environmental disruption.

Al-Mezan noted that daily bombing, continued detonation of explosives, bulldozing and the accumulation of rubble, particularly on agricultural land, have accelerated soil degradation. Much of Gaza’s farmland remains under Israeli control even after the declared halt of the war in October 2025.

New analysis by the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and UNOSAT confirms that 87 percent of Gaza’s agricultural land and infrastructure had been destroyed by late September 2025, significantly undermining Gaza’s ability to produce crops and livestock.

Farmers face extreme hardship as Israel’s military restrictions prevent them from accessing fields, irrigating crops, applying fertilizers, caring for livestock or obtaining feed and veterinary supplies. Repeated Israeli strikes have destroyed fields, greenhouses, pastures and fish farms.

Al-Meezan warned that soil contamination poses a severe environmental threat as toxic materials from Israeli munitions gradually seep into the land, forming harmful mixtures of heavy metals, inorganic compounds and other pollutants. These contaminants endanger groundwater, the agricultural cycle and the food chain, ultimately threatening human health.

The center called on the international community to act urgently to end Israel’s genocide against Gaza’s population, enforce a permanent halt to the war, protect civilians and their property, and ensure accountability for Israeli war crimes. It urged the enforcement of international law and compliance with the rulings of the International Court of Justice.

PGMO: Gaza receives only 16% of its cooking gas needs

Saturday 6-December-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in Gaza said that the Israeli occupation continues to impose a systematic strangulation policy on the Strip by reducing the quantities of cooking gas allowed in. Only 104 gas trucks have entered since the start of the ceasefire agreement until December 6, 2025, out of 660 trucks that should have been allowed in, meaning Gaza has received just 16% of the agreed-upon quantity.

The Office explained in a statement on Saturday that the large gap between the allocated amounts and what the occupation actually permits constitutes a clear violation of the agreement and worsens the humanitarian crisis in a territory home to 2.4 million people who need gas to meet their daily needs in homes, hospitals, bakeries, and communal kitchens.

The statement noted that the gas distribution system inside the Strip operates through a computerized mechanism based on the number of households in each governorate, ensuring fairness and preventing duplication. Each household is allocated only 8 kilograms of gas per distribution cycle.

The office stated that only 252,000 households have been able to receive their share so far, out of 470,000 registered and eligible households, while each cycle takes three months due to the severe shortage of incoming quantities and the occupation’s failure to meet the required allocations.

The PGMO stressed that the continuation of this approach poses a direct threat to the basic needs of the population and increases the humanitarian burden. It called for international pressure to allow the entry of the agreed-upon quantities and to lift the arbitrary Israeli restrictions imposed on the Strip.

Since October 7, 2023, with American and European support, Israel has carried out a genocide in the Gaza Strip involving killing, starvation, destruction, displacement, and arrests, ignoring international appeals and International Court of Justice orders to stop. A ceasefire was declared on October 10, although daily violated by the Israeli occupation forces.

The genocide has resulted in more than 241,000 Palestinians killed or wounded, most of them children and women, along with over 11,000 missing persons, in addition to hundreds of thousands of displaced people and a famine that has claimed many lives, most of them children, alongside widespread destruction that has erased most of the Strip’s cities and areas from the map.

UN adopts five resolutions on Palestine, renews UNRWA’s mandate

Saturday 6-December-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The UN General Assembly overwhelmingly adopted five resolutions in support of Palestine on Friday, including the renewal of UNRWA’s mandate.

The votes reflected broad international backing for the Palestinian people’s rights and humanitarian needs.

The first resolution, focused on assistance to Palestinian refugees, passed with the support of 151 countries, while 10 voted against and 14 abstained.

A second resolution, renewing UNRWA’s mandate for three years and addressing its operations, was backed by 145 countries, opposed by 10, with 18 abstentions.

A third resolution concerning the property of Palestinian refugees and revenues coming from it gained even stronger support, with 157 countries in favor, 10 against, and 9 abstentions.

Meanwhile, a fourth resolution on the work of the Special Committee to Investigate Israeli Practices Affecting the Human Rights of the Palestinian People and Other Arabs of the Occupied Territories was adopted with 88 votes in favor, 19 against, and 64 abstentions.

The fifth resolution addressed illegal Jewish settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories, including east Jerusalem and the occupied Syrian Golan. It passed with 146 votes in favor, underscoring continued global opposition to settlement expansion.

UNRWA commissioner‑general Philippe Lazzarini welcomed the strong backing for the agency’s mandate, describing the vote as a reflection of broad global solidarity with Palestine refugees.

He emphasized that the resolution acknowledged the international community’s responsibility to meet the Palestinian refugees’ humanitarian and development needs, calling for translating this overwhelming support for Palestine into concrete commitments and adequate resources to ensure the mandate is fulfilled.

UNRWA calls for strong political support to be translated into funding and operational backing

CAIRO, December 6, 2025 (WAFA) –

The media adviser for the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), Adnan Abu Hasna, on Saturday urged that the strong international support and political backing for the agency be translated into real support on the ground through operational assistance and adequate funding.

Abu Hasna told WAFA that the agency’s renewed mandate comes at a time when the Palestinian people are facing aggression and siege, describing the renewal of UNRWA’s mandate as a clear message of support to millions of Palestinian refugees. With 151 countries voting in favor, he said the decision reflects global commitment to Palestinian rights and rejection of efforts to undermine their just cause, adding that such support provides “important moral momentum” for UNRWA’s work.

He explained that UNRWA’s budget relies on 95% voluntary donations, and that no law obliges countries to contribute. The agency is facing a financial shortfall of about $200 million needed to sustain its services and pay salaries through March. He noted ongoing efforts by officials to secure funding and diversify income sources, expressing hope for progress in the coming days or weeks. All countries have restored their contributions, he added, except the United States, which cut $360 million.

Abu 'Hasna said the scope of UNRWA’s work continues to grow as the number of refugees increases and crises expand, particularly in devastated areas such as Gaza and Syria. This has resulted in higher costs and heavier burdens on the agency, which remains a lifeline for refugees and the only organization operating fully inside Gaza despite massive challenges and deliberate Israeli obstacles.

He noted that UNRWA has managed to restore some services in Gaza despite widespread destruction and severe movement restrictions. Classes have resumed for 300,000 students in destroyed UNRWA schools, with 50,000 attending in person and the rest learning remotely. Several medical clinics have reopened, providing services to around 15,000 patients, and water distribution continues in displacement areas.

Regarding food aid, Abu Hasna said Israel continues to block and obstruct access, preventing the entry of 6,000 trucks carrying food, tents, and blankets—enough to support Gaza’s population for three months—despite nearly two months passing since the ceasefire agreement.

Plastic sheeting sufficient for more than one million people is also being blocked. Their entry, he stressed, would make a significant difference on the ground, especially with cold weather and rainfall, as many displaced families are living in worn-out tents or makeshift plastic shelters near their destroyed homes.

He added that while a few organizations have managed to bring in truckloads of aid, they immediately hand them over to UNRWA because they lack distribution capacity. UNRWA has 12,000 staff members, logistics capabilities, and trucks that can deliver large quantities anywhere in the Strip.

He emphasized that Israel is fully aware of UNRWA’s ability to organize and distribute aid efficiently. The priority at this stage, he stressed, is not reconstruction but urgent shelter, basic necessities, and the entry of hundreds of trucks daily carrying all essential food and non-food items needed to save lives.

Abu 'Hasna stressed that UNRWA is facing direct attacks not only in Gaza but also in the West Bank and Jerusalem. The agency continues to operate across the West Bank, where it runs more than 100 schools and several clinics, except in northern camps recently affected by destruction and the displacement of nearly 32,000 Palestinians.

He added that Israel continues to place obstacles on UNRWA’s operations in Jerusalem, where six UNRWA schools were previously closed, in addition to ongoing threats to cut water and electricity supplies to its facilities.

Israeli occupation forces and illegal settlers assault residents east of El-Khaleel (Hebron)

El-Khaleel (Hebron), December 6, 2025 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces and illegal settlers on Saturday assaulted several Palestinian residents east of El-Khaleel (Hebron) in the south of the occupied West Bank.

WAFA correspondent said that a group of the illegal Israeli settlers from the Avigal illegal settlement, built on Palestinian-owned land east of El-Khaleel (Hebron), along with Israeli occupation forces, severely beat members of the Idrees family in the Khallet El-Natsh area, east of El-Khaleel (Hebron), causing bruises and injuries that were treated on the scene.

In recent months, El-Khaleel (Hebron) area has witnessed frequent attacks by the illegal Israeli settlers against Palestinian residents, including physical assaults, damage to property, and attempts to restrict access to land. Such incidents are a persistent source of fear and displacement for communities living near colonies.

Illegal Israeli settlers attack Palestinian lands and block shepherds near El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)

El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), December 6, 2025 (WAFA) –

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers on Saturday attacked Palestinian-owned lands in the village of Mikhmas, northeast of El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), and targeted Bedouin shepherds near Khan al-Ahmar, east of the city.

Local sources reported that colonists released their cows into olive fields in the Wadi El-Baradiya area of Mikhmas before attempting to attack nearby homes. Young residents intervened, forcing the illegal Israeli settlers to withdraw.

In a related incident, an armed colonist targeted the El-'Hathroura Bedouin community near El-Khan El-A'hmar, east of El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), while other illegal Israeli settlers assaulted shepherds and prevented them from taking their flocks to grazing areas. The armed illegal Israeli settlers reportedly moved among homes, engaging in acts of intimidation and harassment.

El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Governorate said that since early Saturday, colonists have been restricting shepherds in El-'Hathroura from accessing surrounding pastures. When residents tried to graze their sheep, the illegal Israeli settlers attacked them again in an effort to assert control over the land. Despite these attacks, locals remained determined to stay on their land and continue their daily lives.

In recent years, attacks by colonists on Palestinian lands and communities around El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) have been frequent, often involving property damage, intimidation, and obstruction of farming and grazing activities.

Illegal Israeli settlers storm Kisan and fire live bullets at homes

Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), December 6, 2025 (WAFA) –

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers on Saturday evening fired live ammunition toward Palestinian homes in the village of Kisan, east of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), according to Palestinian security sources.

The sources told WAFA that colonists, backed by the Israeli occupation forces, stormed the village, attacked homes, and opened live fire at them. No injuries were reported.

Kisan has witnessed repeated attacks by colonists in recent weeks, including assaults on homes and livestock theft.

Across the West Bank, colonist violence has escalated in recent months, with frequent incidents involving physical assaults, attacks on homes, damage to farmland, and attempts to prevent Palestinian residents from accessing their land.

These attacks have created growing insecurity in rural communities located near colonies and outposts.

Israeli army threatens to uproot hundreds of olive trees in Bait La'hm (Bethlehem)

Saturday 6-December-2025

Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), (PIC)

The Israeli occupation army delivered on Friday notices for the removal of hundreds of olive trees from swaths of land in the town of Teqoa, southeast of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem).

Local sources reported that Israeli forces put up military notifications on trees, fences and on the walls of homes in the town, ordering the uprooting of olive trees.

The sources explained that the military orders target olive groves along the town’s main road, from its western entrance to El‑'Hulqoum area and southward to Mara'h Raba'h village, covering a stretch of about one kilometer and affecting lands belonging to several Palestinian families.

The groves contain fruit-bearing olive trees that are over 35 years old, according to the sources, who warned that this military measure could eventually target other trees in the area as part of Israeli efforts to annex Palestinian lands for settlement projects.

Spain reaffirms support for Palestinian statehood amid rising West Bank violence

DOHA, December 6, 2025 (WAFA) –

Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Álvarez said on Saturday that Israeli settler violence in the West Bank has spiraled out of control.

"We have faced criticism for recognizing the State of Palestine, but we did so for the sake of justice for the Palestinian people," Álvarez added.

His remarks came during the opening of the 23rd Doha Forum 2025 in the Qatari capital, Doha, in the presence of the Emir of Qatar, Shaikh Tameem Bin 'Hamad Al-Thani.

Álvarez emphasized that the two-state solution is the only viable path to peace and stability for both Palestinians and Israelis.

"The time has come to establish a truly independent Palestinian state," he stressed, adding this requires the West Bank and Gaza to be governed under a unified Palestinian authority.

OIC condemns Israel’s proposed one-way opening of Rafah crossing

JEDDAH, December 6, 2025 (WAFA) –

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) voiced strong rejection and condemnation of recent Israeli statements proposing the one-way opening of the Rafah crossing to facilitate the forced displacement of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip, affirming that forced displacement constitutes a war crime and a clear violation of international law and international humanitarian law.

The OIC called on the international community, especially the UN Security Council, to uphold its responsibilities and pressure Israel to fully implement President Trump’s peace plan in a manner that ensures the Rafa'h crossing is opened permanently and safely in both directions.

It also stressed the importance of guaranteeing freedom of movement, ensuring the unhindered and sufficient delivery of humanitarian aid, securing an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire, and alleviating the suffering of the Palestinian people.

The organization warned that Israel’s continuation of its aggression and violations poses a threat to regional and international security and stability.

It emphasized the need for sustained international efforts to achieve a just, comprehensive, and lasting peace aimed at ending the Israeli occupation and implementing the two-state solution, leading to the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital on the June 4, 1967 borders, in accordance with relevant UN resolutions.

While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
